Booking conditions

Sending a request through this website or on WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking, and it does not commit you to anything. Your concierge replies with availability for your dates. A journey is only confirmed once we have sent you a written confirmation and received the deposit.

The reference code shown when you submit a form (for example SGB-XXXXXX) is there so you and your concierge can refer to the same enquiry. It is not itself a reservation.

Once availability is confirmed, a 20% deposit secures the journey, with the balance due before travel as set out in your confirmation. No card details are taken on this website — there is no checkout here.

International guests pay by Wise or Payoneer transfer. Guests in Pakistan pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Your confirmation carries the exact details.

Prices shown on this site are indicative and quoted per person on twin sharing unless the journey page says otherwise. They move with the season, party size, room category and — for aviation — with operator and fuel pricing. The price in your written confirmation is the price that holds.

Some journeys are quoted in Pakistani rupees and some in US dollars, matching how the underlying suppliers price them.

This is the term that matters most here, so it is worth reading. Flights into Skardu are weather-dependent all year, and helicopter sectors fly only in morning windows.

Where a journey page states a weather policy, that policy applies. On the flying itineraries that means an itinerary flex day, protected seats held on the next two departures at no extra cost, and the option to convert to a private road transfer instead. On helicopter journeys, a lost window is rebooked free within your stay; if no window opens at all, the refund position is stated on that journey's page.

Charter flights are additionally subject to the operating airline's or helicopter operator's own terms, and to Civil Aviation Authority clearance. We do not operate aircraft ourselves.

Travel insurance is your responsibility and we strongly recommend it covers trekking and the altitudes on your itinerary. High-altitude journeys carry real risk: several of our treks cross ground above 4,000 m, and the K2 Base Camp route reaches 5,150 m. If you have a cardiac, respiratory or other relevant condition, speak to a doctor before booking.

You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas and any permits personal to you. We arrange the permits listed in your inclusions.
